OVoltani, Inc., parent company of Chargetech, today announced the acquisition of the Gocharge brand, product line and operations, bringing together two established providers of charging products and technology solutions under the Voltani umbrella.
Chargetech and Gocharge will continue to operate as distinct sister brands, each maintaining its established market focus while benefiting from the combined capabilities and resources of Voltani.
