Suzanne Nadell, Leadership Coach, Champions the Future of Christian Women in Church Leadership: Faith for Tomorrow

Suzanne Nadell

She Leads Church CEO and author urges women to stop waiting for permission and embrace the leadership roles they are called to fill

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The future of Christian leadership will not be shaped by women waiting for a seat at the table. According to Suzanne Nadell, it will be shaped by women recognizing their God-given leadership abilities and stepping forward with the faith, confidence, and courage to use them.

“Women have been leading for generations, but too often we have been taught to question whether we belong in the room,” says Nadell. “The future of Christian leadership requires us to change that conversation. Women need to know that their voices matter, their gifts matter, and their leadership matters. We don’t have to become someone else to lead. We need to become more fully who God created us to be.”

As the CEO of She Leads Church and author of Wired to Lead: Being the Leader the Church Didn’t Think You Could Be, Nadell is challenging the traditional conversation around women and leadership. She believes the question is no longer whether women are capable of leading, but whether churches, organizations, workplaces, and communities are willing to recognize and make room for the leadership women are already bringing.

“Christian women are uniquely positioned to influence the future because leadership doesn’t happen only from a pulpit or through a title. Women are leading every day in churches, businesses, families, nonprofits, schools, and communities. Wherever women are making decisions, serving others, and using their influence, they have an opportunity to shape the future,” says Nadell.

She Leads Church was created to provide leadership development, community, encouragement, and faith-based resources for women leading in ministry, the marketplace, the home, and their communities.

“Leadership is not about fitting into someone else’s definition of what a leader should be,” Nadell says. “It is about understanding how God has wired you, knowing what you bring to the table, and being willing to lead from a place of faith and authenticity.”

That message will continue this fall when She Leads Church hosts its virtual Fall Conference October 1–2, 2026. The conference, centered on the theme “She Is Rooted: Deepening Our Roots,” is designed to help women strengthen the spiritual foundation behind their leadership. The event will feature teaching, encouragement, community, and live breakout sessions where women can connect, pray, and engage in meaningful conversation.

“The world does not need women who are trying to prove they can lead,” says Nadell. “It needs women who understand why they were called to lead and are willing to walk boldly in that calling. When women are rooted in Christ, they can lead with strength without losing their compassion, their faith, or themselves.”

As the next generation of Christian women steps into leadership, Nadell believes the opportunity is bigger than breaking barriers. It is about building something new.

“Women are not the future of Christian leadership because we need to replace men,” Nadell says. “We are part of the future because God has called women to lead, influence, serve, create, build, and make a difference. There is room for all of us to lead well.”

Registration is now open for the She Leads Church Fall Conference, taking place virtually October 1–2, 2026. Standard access is $20, while an All Access Pass includes six months of on-demand conference content.
